Indoor track: Relay team earns all-American

The Brandeis women's distance medley relay team earned all-American honors with a third-place finish at the 2010 NCAA Division III Championships.The event was one of two that the women's track and field team competed in this weekend at DePauw University in Indiana.

Paul Norton '11 and Suzanne Bernier '10 led the men's and women's indoor track and field teams with a pair of All-New England performances as several Brandeis runners competed in the Open New England Championships at Boston University Friday and Saturday.The meet features the top performers from NCAA Division I, II and III from across the region.


Men's Basketball: Hollins '10 reaches milestone

It was a career day for forward Terrell Hollins '10 Sunday, who filled out the stat sheet and became the 27th player in Brandeis history to score 1,000 points, leading the men's basketball team to a 72-59 home victory over Carnegie Mellon University after defeating Case Western Reserve University on Friday.


Track & Field: Both squads compete at Greater Boston Track Club

Grayce Selig '11 qualified for New England Division III Championships in the 1-mile Championship, and several runners finished in top spots as the Brandeis men's and women's indoor track and field teams wrapped up a successful meet at the Greater Boston Track Club Invitational at Harvard Sunday.The meet was a change of pace for the Brandeis squads.


Cross Country: Norton leads team at NCAAs

Paul Norton '11 had the highest finish by a Brandeis men's cross country runner in 10 years, claiming All-American status as seventh place out of 276 runners at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships held at Baldwin-Wallace College in Cleveland last Saturday.
