International sensation or not, Naomi Campbell finally had to get her hands dirty. The 36-year-old supermodel, who is infamous for her fiery outbursts, went to work at a sanitation garage Monday in Manhattan's Pier 36. Her stylish clothing (including fitted coat and bug-eyed sunglasses) were of little avail as she was put to work mopping the floors.Despite the media's expectation of a bit of her news-grabbing sass, Campell ignored the massed reporters and, according to the deputy chief of the Department of Sanitation, "Miss Campell arrived on time to work. She came ready to work."

The sanitation station is apparently quite the celebrity hot spot. Only last August former Culture Club performer Boy George served five days worth of service for falsely reporting a burglary (responding officers found cocaine).

Campell pled guilty in January to chucking a cell phone at the back of then-assistant Ana Scolavino's head. In addition to paying Scolavino's medical expenses, Campell will work for another four days at the sanitation facility and attend anger management classes.

Next Top Model has so far made no plans to incorporate a "not hitting people who work for you" challenge into their show.

Vietnam was graced by the lovely presence of Angelina Jolie Monday when she arrived to finish the paperwork for her latest international adoption.

Avoiding reporters, the 31-year-old actress claimed the young Pax Thien from an orphanage on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City. She is expected to visit the U.S. Embassy shortly in order to obtain a visa to bring the child back to the States.

Thien will join Jolie's ever-growing brood which already includes five-year-old Maddox (adopted from nearby Cambodia), two-year-old Zahara (from Ethiopia) and nine-month-old Shiloh (born to Jolie and her not-going-to-marry-until-gay-people-can companion Brad Pitt).

"Everyone would agree children need a family," Jolie said. "I have the ability to help children fulfill that desire. Why should I say no?
