Sometime between preparing for finals and the excitement of graduation, the men and women's track teams had to fit into their schedules two meets that features the best talent in track in the area. The Judges rose to the occasion, running in the New England Division III Championships at Williams College on May 1, and at the Open New England Championships in Boston the following week.Joel Sunshine '07 ran his personal best in the 1,500-meter event at Williams, with a time of 4:04.70. Sunshine has shown marked improvement on his personal record time since high school, improving by over 30 seconds in one year. Ralph Chery '06 recorded his best time in the 400-meter dash with 50.49. He was looking to break 50 seconds at the ECAC championships held on May 14, but fell just short, recording the same time with 50.49.

The women's 1,600-meter relay team continued their success from this season, running a season-best time of 4:00.70 at the All-New England championship. Jane Farrell '06 ran a lightning-quick anchor leg with 57.50, her personal record for the 400-meter. Supporting Farrell, Remy Coyle '07, Chen Yahav '07 and Kate Schill '06 rounded out the successful relay team. Rachel Ackerman concluded her junior year with a season-best performance in the 10,000-meter of 39.42.
