Looks like it might be another score for the Best Actress Oscar Curse.Yes, the Best Actress Oscar Curse-possibly feared by actresses almost as much as premature aging-has struck again. It's becoming almost a standard in Hollywood-someone wins Best Actress, and within the next few years, her marriage or relationship falls apart. Just look at the last 10 years. 2001-a win for Julia Roberts, who promptly dumped her boyfriend Benjamin Bratt. 2002, Halle Berry (goodbye, Eric Benet); Nicole Kidman (we all know that Tom Cruise story); all the way through till 2010. The only folks to avoid it? Helen Mirren, who won in 2007 and is still happily married to Taylor Hackford, and Marion Cotillard, who was single when she won in 2008. It might be jealousy (looking at you, Ryan Phillipe after Reese Witherspoon's 2006 win), or maybe the girls develop a bit of an attitude after they win (just rumors, Hilary Swank, I promise), but while the statue looks great on the shelf in the living room, it just about spells breakup for Hollywood superstars.

The latest victims of the curse are Sandra Bullock and Kate Winslet, who won their Oscars in 2010 and 2009, respectively. This week, Winslet revealed that she and director Sam Mendes are divorcing after nine years together. A rep for the couple said last week, "They've been pretty much living separate lives since the end of the summer. They realized some time ago that they were not a good fit. They were more like brother and sister." A mutual friend told the NY Daily News, "The divorce is amicable, civilized, very British."

Clearly the Curse is being gentle with Winslet. Bullock, however, isn't so lucky. Just a few short weeks after her win for The Blind Side, she was, well, blind-sided by allegations that her husband, Jesse James, had been cheating on her. Tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee (I kid you not) told InTouch Weekly that she had an affair with James and that their last sexual encounter took place "about eight months ago." James issued a public apology on Friday, saying, "The vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue and unfounded."

"The vast majority" doesn't sound like "all" to me, Jesse.

And so the Best Actress Oscar Curse strikes again. Helen Mirren, keep an eye on your man. The Curse could hit at any time.
