Mel Gibson may preach to the masses, but he doesn't want any interaction with them. Gibson recently filed a complaint against Zack Sinclair, a former mental patient, whom Gibson claims has been stalking him since September. Sinclair's sketchy behavior first began when he demanded to see the actor, wanting to pray with him. He was told to leave, but then just days later showed up at Gibson's church and again harassed Gibson. Still not deterred, Sinclair showed up at Gibson's home, leaving Gibson no choice but to take out a restraining order. Sinclair may be mental patient, but the only thing that separates his craziness from Gibson's is several millions of dollars. Laura Dern (We Don't Live Here Anymore) and her fianc, musician Ben Harper, welcomed a new addition to their family last Sunday. Dern gave birth to the couple's second child, a 6-pound, 2-ounce girl, at her home in Los Angeles. Their first child, son Ellery Walker, is three-years-old. The couple is not releasing the baby's name just yet. Let's just hope they don't take inspiration from a fellow actress-musician couple and name the child "Orange."
Looks like Johnny Depp isn't the only one visiting Neverland. The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department was back at Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch on Friday, as part of an "ongoing criminal investigation." Law Enforcement first visited Jackson's residence back in Nov. 2003, which led to a 10-count indictment for alleged child molestation. One month after the first police raid, Jackson expressed how he could never again live at Neverland. Earlier this year, Jackson was said to have moved himself and his three children into a rented Beverly Hills-area mansion. Coincidentally, the population of pre-pubescent boys in Beverly-Hills has decreased significantly.
