Nicole Karlebach '04 has been named the Commencement Speaker for this year's graduation. As part of her senior address, Karlebach plans to discuss issues of activism on campus."I felt like throughout my four years at Brandeis I'd done a lot of advocacy for my class," Karlebach said. "I thought that whoever spoke at graduation should represent the interests of the class, so I decided to apply."

Karlebach and other seniors applied to be the Commencement Speaker by submitting a writing sample to the Commencement Speaker Committee before the February break.
