Swim: Since break, Judges dive into rough waters

The men's and women's swimming and diving team teams traveled to Cambridge for a meet against the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Colby College on Saturday after facing Wheaton college at home Wednesday in the team's first week of action following its midseason training trip to Puerto Rico.With high hopes coming out of the break, the teams hit two consecutive road bumps with a loss to Wheaton followed by losses to both Colby and MIT.

Fencing: Judges cut all opponents at NE Meet

The men's and women's fencing teams sliced and diced through the competition at the Northeast Conference eet at Brown University on Saturday, as both teams came away with undefeated performances in their first regular season team tournaments.The men's team went 4-0, defeating the UMass Amherst 17-10, Tufts 19-8, Boston University 23-4 and the University of New Hampshire 20-7.

Fencing: Judges start strong at first tournament

There's more than a touch of optimism surrounding both the men's and women's fencing teams following the New England Fall Collegiate preseason tournament on Saturday, where the teams jump-started the season by placing 17 of the 30 Judges into the top ten of their respective events.
