I am obsessed with burgers. Finding a good burger was one of my top priorities when I first moved to Boston, and the foie burger at KO Prime was at the top of my list (well, just under the burger at Radius). The beautiful technique of confit began as one of the oldest methods of preserving meat, used most commonly with poultry or pork.
The beginning of my obsession with good prosciutto began at Domenic's last year when I needed a quick dinner before a night of studying on campus.
