Student Union representatives have discovered that, according to the Union's constitution, it is illegal to hold a reelection for vice president because the president, secretary and treasurer are still in office, Student Union Executive Senator Andrew Brooks '09 said.Article IX, Section 8, Clause 6 of the Student Union Constitution states, "There shall be no mid-term election for the positions of President or Vice-President except as provided for in Article III."
