Medical Emergency
Apr. 19—University Psych staff requested an ambulance for a party in the Foster Mods. The party was transported to Newton-Wellesley Hospital by Cataldo ambulance with the assistance of police.
Apr. 19—University Police received a report of a party in Massell Quad with a knee injury. BEMCo treated the party, and University Police transported the party to Newton-Wellesley Hospital for further care.
Apr. 19—BEMCo standby crew at the carnival on Chapel’s Field reported they were treating a person with a shoulder injury.
Apr. 21—University Police received a report of an elderly party off-campus feeling ill. BEMCo and Cataldo ambulance treated the party on the scene with a signed refusal for further care.
Apr. 21—University Police received a report of a party near Goldman-Schwartz Art Studios who had a laceration on their hand from a nail. BEMCo treated the party on the scene with a signed refusal for further care.
Apr. 21—University Police received a call from a reporting party near the Rabb Steps that their friend was hit in the head with a lamppost. Police notified BEMCo, but the party refused medical attention.
Apr. 21—University Police received a call of a party in East Quad suffering from an allergic reaction. BEMCo treated the party on the scene with a signed refusal for further care.
Apr. 22—A party in the Charles River Apartments requested BEMCo for an infected ear lobe. BEMCo treated the party and police transported the party to Newton-Wellesley Hospital for further care.
Apr. 23—University Police received a call of two parties who collided in the Gosman Sports and Convocation Center. BEMCo treated both parties on the scene and Police transported one to Newton-Wellelsey Hospital for further care.
Apr. 26—Police received a report of a party in the Hassenfeld Conference Center who was vomiting in the bathroom. The party was treated on the scene by BEMCo and Cataldo ambulance with a signed refusal for further care.
Larceny
Apr. 20—A party in the Usdan Student Center forgot their laptop and returned to find it missing. University Police compiled a report on the incident.
Apr. 22—University Police complied a report on larceny of a desktop computer from the Heller School.
Apr. 23—A party in Usen Castle reported their computer was stolen from their unlocked room. University Police compiled a report on the incident.
Apr. 24—A sculpture was taken from Fellows Garden. University Police compiled a report on the incident.
Disturbance
Apr. 24—University Police received a complaint that a DCL-sponsored barbeque in North Quad had music that was too loud. The parties were advised to lower the music without incident.
Harassment
Apr. 19—University Police received a complaint about the harassment of van drivers. Police compiled a report on the incident with an investigation to follow.
Other
Apr. 23—A University Police staff member reported an active restraining order informational report was composed.
Apr. 23—Police received a call from a party in the Shapiro Science Center who observed two people sitting on a hill outside and one looking like they were attempting to strangle the other. University Police checked the area and were unable to locate the parties.
