Medical EmergencyFeb. 5-An individual in the Foster Mods reported that he woke up and thought he dislocated his shoulder. BEMCo and University Police respond and the party was treated on-scene and transported to the hospital.
Feb. 5-An individual in the Physics lab reported that a professor fell in the bathroom. BEMCo and University Police responded and requested an ambulance to transport the professor to the Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
Feb. 5-An individual in the Gosman Sports and Convocation Center reported that a student ran into a wall and cut his head. University Police and BEMCo responded and the party was treated on-scene and transported to the hospital.
Feb. 5-An individual in the Spingold Theater Center reported that a student injured his ribs. University Police and BEMCo responded, and the party was treated and transported by BEMCo staff to the hospital.
Feb. 6-An individual in the Spingold Theater Center reported that a student had not eaten anything all day and was feeling faint. BEMCo treated the party on-scene.
Feb. 8-An individual in the Gosman Sports and Convocation Center reported that a student injured his shoulder. BEMCo and University Police responded and the party was treated on-scene and transported to the hospital.
Feb. 10-An individual in Rosenthal Quad reported that his intoxicated friend fell and had a gash on his head. University Police and BEMCo respond and requested an ambulance to take the student to the Newton-Wellesley hospital.
Disturbance
Feb. 9-An individual on South Street reported a loud party next door. University Police dispersed the party.
Feb. 10-A Waltham Police Officer in The Stein called for assistance in quelling a situation. A party disturbing the peace was identified and escorted from the establishment. University Judicial charges will be sought by the University Police.
Miscellaneous
Feb. 4-A call from Ziv Quad reported that a female student was walking from the train station and a suspicious white male with a green bag followed her on to University property. The student ran into a building and notified University Police. A search of the area was conducted but the party was not located.
Feb. 8-A staff coach in the Linsey pool reported a dispute over room scheduling and usage. University Police responded and the problem was resolved with assistance of athletic facility staff.
Traffic
Feb. 4-An individual in Rosenthal Quad reported that a motor scooter hit the rear of a University maintenance vehicle. University Police responded and there were no reported injuries.
Feb. 8-A car in Kutz Lot was involved in a hit-and-run and had minor damage.
Larceny
Feb. 5-An individual on South Street reported money stolen from an apartment. University Police compiled a report.
