On Feb. 26, 2012, 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was shot and killed by George Zimmerman, the captain of the neighborhood watch in the gated community in Sanford, Florida where Martin was walking home. There is no doubt of Zimmerman's guilt with regard to the killing.

Courts justified in overturning Prop 8
